PVL teams will have their picks from 60 names who have declared for the 2025 PVL Rookie Draft. These draftees will participate in the PVL Draft Combine on May 30 to 31 at Paco Arena in Manila followed by the official Rookie Draft proper on June 8 at Novotel Manila, Araneta City. Capital1 will pick first in the 2025 PVL Rookie Draft followed by Galeries Tower at second, Farm Fresh at third and NXLED at fourth.
