LEGAZPI CITY — Fifteen villages in Camarines Sur and Albay were still flooded on Monday noon due to Tropical Storm Enteng (international name: Yagi), according to the Office of Civil Defense in Bicol. Santiago village in Pili town was still flooded more than 18 hours after flooding was first reported in the area.
